Guarantees:
5 years guarantee on the D-Ozmoz 60 and D-Ozmoz 135 boxes
The 5 years guarantee covers a normal use of the box.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused by impacts, falls, and excessive loads.
The bike boxes are made of ABS. This is a plastic which shows high resistance to impacts and it also has good thermal properties. Nevertheless, it is possible that the colour changes over time, especially if the boxes lie in the sun (ultraviolet rays) for a long time.
Maintenance:
Box: wash with clear water
Carrier made of steel: paint it if marks of rust appear (possible if the carrier had to resist impacts).
10 years guarantee on the D-Ozmoz 135 and D-Ozmoz 135 electro frames
The 10 years guarantee covers a normal use of the bike.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused by impacts or falls.
Maintenance of the frame (made of steel): paint it if marks of rust appear (possible if the frame had to resist impacts).
2 years guarantee on the motor of the D-Ozmoz 135 electro
The 2 years guarantee covers a normal use of the motor and of the electronic torch.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused by impacts or falls, and by the modification in the feed system.
1 year guarantee on the D-Ozmoz 135 electro batteries
The 1 year guarantee covers a normal use of the Lithium Ion batteries.
The guarantee does not cover damages caused by impacts or falls.
A few tips to keep your batteries alive for a longer time: do not leave them flat, do not leave them in the cold or in excessive heat.
Renouncement period
By any purchase via our website, or phone, the customer has 14 days to bring the bike box or the bike, intact and in its original packaging, back to us.
